    The Regency Room Wine Dinner Series continues on March 26, 2026 with a truly unique evening presented in partnership with Atheling Meadworks, marking the first time in the series that mead takes center stage. This special collaboration highlights the world’s oldest fermented beverage and introduces guests to its depth, character, and history through a thoughtfully curated dinner experience.

    Inspired by the feasts of the medieval table, the evening will feature a hearty family style dinner designed to be shared and enjoyed together. Chef de Cuisine Wells Selbe has created a menu that draws on rustic flavors and seasonal ingredients, bringing bold dishes to the table in generous courses meant to pass, pour, and savor with friends and fellow diners. Each course will be paired with carefully selected meads from Atheling Mead, showcasing the range and complexity of this timeless drink.
